We strive to deliver products purchased from Trends99.in within 3 to 4 days after order has been placed.
Most orders at Trends99.in get shipped within 1 to 2 days of confirmation. If your order was placed recently, please allow us time to procure and dispatch.

If Order is shipped
It takes between 3 to 5 days to deliver the order after it has been dispatched. The number of days could vary depending on your and merchant’s location.
When the order is dispatched, we email and SMS you the tracking number and courier/delivery partner details.
If this is your first order with Trends99.in, shipping will be completely FREE. Also, for all the subsequent purchases of Rs. 1000* or more, we will deliver the order to your doorstep free of cost.
A shipping charge of Rs.50 may be applicable to all orders under Rs. 1000. If the order is cancelled, lost or undelivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges, if paid online. If you return an order delivered to you, order shipping charges will not be refunded.we only give you product exchange offer in case of product damaged,before order place see our size chart , if any size issue after product delivery customer have to pay courier charges,we don't provide refund only exchange,
still if customer want to return our products they can , form our side we deduct 100 INR for courier charges,
For accounts whose return behavior violate our fair usage policy, a delivery charge of Rs. 100 will be levied on all orders, irrespective of order value.
Trends99.in provides 7 day returns and exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased on for any reason within 7 days of receipt of the item. We only ask that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measure to preserve its condition. 2. Self-Ship: If we don't offer a pick up at your location. In such cases, we will credit the shipping costs into your bank acc, the product meets the return policy and you have shared scan copy of the courier receipt with us.
Once we receive your returned product, we will do a quality check of the product at our end and once product passes the quality check If the picked up product does not pass the quality check, we shall ship it back to you. If you choose to exchange the item for reason of mismatch of size or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, at your cost
